What this policy covers
This policy applies to hopepassage.org and HopePassage administration. It describes data from site visits, crypto donations, and receipt requests for war-affected family relief.
Information we collect
When you claim a receipt we keep name, email, optional note, transaction ID, asset, network, and wallet. Web servers store ordinary access logs (IP, user agent, path, timestamp) to protect the service and count visits. We do not collect seed phrases or card numbers.
How we use information
Receipt records power the tracking email and confirmation page. Logs help block attacks on /admin and summarize which relief pages are read. We do not sell donor information.
On-chain data
Confirmed crypto payments are public. HopePassage cannot reverse explorer visibility. Transfer only what you accept as public.
Cookies and accounts
Donors do not need an account to give. Admins use authenticated sessions. Language is chosen via the /en and other locale paths.
